Never use this agency it is a fraud. The worst service I have had in London. They work with third parties through online applications (so if there is a problem you cannot talk to anyone or go to a physical address) and they are not responsible for what your landlord does with you. They do not give personal service. I had to go to his office on the other side of London from the airport with all my luggage to collect the keys. Without sense. In the photos the room looked good and clean. They gave me a very dirty room with remains of the last tenants and with dampnes in the windows, "a bit of dush" they said to me. Plus some mattresses like those that people throw in the street (sorry, those that people throw in the street are better) believe me, I have photos of every thing, they also had it. On several occasions I personally went to complain to his office because my landlord and his third party online agencies friends did not respond to my complaints for not providing me with references to move to another home. They gave me the reviews one day before I moved, I almost lost the other house and the money that I paid in advance. And of course, (a classic of scams) not returning the deposit, without reason. I still haven't gotten it back. Total abuse. NOBODY FROM THE OFFICE GOT INVOLVED WITH ME. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY SOLUTION OR CONTACT. THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T HELP ME. JUST DEAL WITH THE ONLINE AGENCIE AND GOOD LUCK. You are warned.

Amazing booking company, specifically made for those who are not in London but want to safely book a room from their home country without surprises. Bad reviews are only from people who don’t understand how the market works, here in London especially. The rooms are really cozy, central and bright, my deposit safe, service is excellent and you can be sure they have the best rental conditions in the market! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!! Especially for expats!!
Experience was good at start and it improve to excellent when I saw room! Friendly deal, easy to get along staff and flatmates that make my stay in London real adventure! I recomend company and I would certainly come back and use them again! XXX Keep it up!
After days of looking around online for a place.. Booking with Room Club was made really easy thanks to Anna, Francesca & Valentino. Would definitely recommend.
